Ghassan Abdalla

Ghassan Abdalla is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales engineering and telecommunications. Currently serving as an Avaya Sales Engineer at Avaya since September 2017, Abdalla has previously held positions as a Sales Manager at Redington Gulf from March 2015 to August 2017, and as a Solution Consultant at CGC Converged Generation Communications from January 2011 to January 2015. Earlier in the career, Abdalla worked as a Senior Avaya System Engineer at ARTELCO from December 2007 to December 2010, where responsibilities included coordinating installation of products and ensuring timely arrival of materials. Abdalla holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business/Commerce from the University of Leicester, obtained between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Jami'at Al-Ulum Al-Tatbiqiya, completed in 2007.
