Paul Armstrong

Principal Engineer at Roux Associates, Inc.

Mr. Armstrong is a Principal Environmental Engineer with over 14 years of consulting and engineering experience, including complex management and environmental design of various remedial investigations and actions to support the clients’ needs. In addition, Mr. Armstrong is a New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP). Mr. Armstrong has worked on various environmental cleanup projects from preliminary due diligence support activities through active remedial design, and implementation of chemical and/or biological in situ and ex situ treatment alternatives for various hazardous constituents, including petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated volatile organic compounds (CVOCs), hexavalent chromium, polychlorinated biphenols (PCBs), and emerging contaminants including 1,4-dioxane and polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) substances.

Mr. Armstrong holds a Professional Engineering license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Drexel University.
