Liesbeth Kaashoek

Liesbeth Kaashoek currently serves as Director People & IT and is a member of the Executive Board at Nederlandse Spoorwegen since June 2024. Additionally, Liesbeth has been a member of the Supervisory Board of ROVA NV since May 2016 and held the position of COO ad interim at Enexis Groep from November 2023 to April 2024. Liesbeth's extensive experience at PostNL included roles such as Managing Director Parcels & Logistics and various financial director positions over a span of more than two decades. Liesbeth has also contributed to Transport en Logistiek Nederland as a board member from December 2017 to February 2023 and worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. The career started at TNT in operational roles and project management, following a project lead position at Deni Distributie Centrum. Liesbeth holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology.
