Ramon van Rossum

Ramon Van Rossum has extensive experience in management and operations within the logistics and waste collection sectors. Currently serving as Manager Uitvoering at NV ROVA Holding since February 2014, Ramon oversees the collection and cleaning of household waste for 20 municipalities, managing a fleet of 120 vehicles and a budget of 28 million euros. Prior roles include Manager Centrale Planning and Manager Operations at AVR/Van Gansewinkel, where responsibilities encompassed daily planning and operations for a fleet of 400 vehicles, while also emphasizing operational excellence and budget management. Earlier experience includes Warehouse Manager at Beter Bed, overseeing the logistics of a distribution center, and serving as an officer in the Ministry of Defense, focusing on operational readiness and personnel management. Ramon holds a degree from the Koninklijk Instituut voor de Marine and additional business education.
