Rhea Fraser

Rhea Fraser has a long history of working in recruitment and talent management. Rhea began their career in 2007 as a Recruitment Consultant for Brookstreet Recruitment. In 2009, they were a Careers Consultant for Office Angels. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Permanent Consultant for Blue Arrow, where they managed the Aberdeen branch and supplied staff on both a temporary and permanent basis. From 2012 to 2016, they worked for GE Oil & Gas, first as a Senior Recruitment Advisor and then as a Projects - Drilling manager, where they managed repair and overhaul projects globally for the Hydril line. In 2020, they were a Recruitment Specialist for Maris Subsea. In 2021, they were a Senior Recruiter for Baker Hughes, where they utilized their passion and experience to take on the industry's hardest oil and gas challenges. Currently, they are a Talent Manager for Rovco.

Rhea Fraser attended North East Scotland College from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management.
