Hector Uvence is an experienced industrial designer with a career spanning several companies since 2006, currently serving as the Head of the 3D Department at Rove Concepts since November 2017. Uvence specializes in market research, product ideation, digital prototyping, and technical drawings, while also overseeing the prototyping process and implementing augmented reality solutions. Uvence's portfolio includes notable contributions at CorLiving Distribution Ltd., where several designs were successfully launched into mass production for major retailers. Uvence has also held roles at Uvence Design, RAD Laboratories, Pure Furniture, and The Urban Settler Furniture, showcasing expertise in 3D modeling, visualization, and eco-materials research. Uvence holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Emily Carr University of Art and Design, earned between 2000 and 2004.
