Alli Peters

Alli Peters has a diverse work experience in various industries. Alli started their career in 2014 as a Medical Receptionist at Spine Team Spokane. In 2015, they worked as a Medical Records Clerk at NEWPORT HOSPITAL AND HEALTH SERVICES. Alli then transitioned to customer service roles at Rover.com, starting as a Customer Service Representative in 2017 and later becoming an Operations Agent. At Rover.com, they handled customer inquiries, managed feedback, and collaborated with the product team to improve services. In 2020, they joined Credit Suite, Business Credit Specialists, as a Credit Advisor, where they helped clients build business credit and provided clear communication regarding business credit. Currently, Alli is working at Rover.com as Operations Team Lead, responsible for overseeing operations and leading a team.

Alli Peters attended Eastern Washington University from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Health Services Administration.
