Christine Felton

Christine Felton has extensive experience in management and customer support, currently serving as a Trust and Safety Manager I at Rover.com since August 2021. Prior to this role, Christine worked at Amazon as a Team Manager from May 2019 to July 2021. At Umpqua Bank, from August 2013 to May 2019, Christine advanced through various roles, ultimately managing a call center team of 14 as Customer Loan Support Manager. Earlier positions include supervising a smaller team as Customer Loan Support Supervisor and serving as a specialist and universal account expert. Christine began the professional journey as Lead Preschool Teacher at A Heart For The Home Childcare and also worked as a nanny. Education was completed at Spokane Colleges from 2010 to 2014.
