Ida-Emilia Kaukonen

Ida-Emilia was responsible for creating and executing Varjo's community strategy. Before that, they worked as a Chief Brand Officer at DevsTv, a startup focusing on a community platform for gaming industry professionals. Ida-Emilia also has experience at Nitro Games Plc, where they held various roles including Head of Community and Lead Community Manager. Ida-Emilia Kaukonen has a diverse education history. In 2012-2013, they completed a Game Developer Trainee Program, specializing in game graphics. Prior to that, from 2006-2012, they obtained a Bachelor of culture and arts in theater and performance from Turku Arts Academy. In 2009, they briefly studied Law and jurisprudence at Turku Open University. Their secondary education was completed from 2003-2006 at Turun Lyseon Lukio, where they attended senior high school. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in "How to Build Your Brand Community Strategy" and "Nano Tips for Communicating with Confidence with Selena Rezvani" from LinkedIn in 2022, as well as "Body Language for Leaders" from LinkedIn in 2019.
