Additionally, Douglas has experience as an Offshore Project Manager at Light House R&D Enterprises, overseeing the installation and maintenance of offshore equipment. As a Master Technician at Battelle, Douglas manufactured, installed, and operated electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems for offshore use.
