Lucas Radtke

Lucas Radtke is an experienced ROV Senior Pilot currently working at ROVOP since August 2023, with responsibilities including cable lay operations on the Giulio Verne in Greece and field survey and mattress installation on the Energean Star in Israel. Prior to this, Lucas served as an ROV Pilot Tech at Advance Global Recruitment Ltd from December 2021 to August 2023, performing construction operations on the Normand Samson in Guyana and jacket installation and pre-lay survey tasks on the Saipem S7000 in the North Sea. Earlier experience includes a role as ROV Senior Pilot at Oceanscan Ltd in the Baltic Sea and a lengthy tenure at DOF Subsea, managing ROV operational tasks and maintenance. Lucas also gained foundational experience as a Field Specialist Trainee at Schlumberger, focusing on deepwater cement operations.
