Michael Pyers

Michael Pyers is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in innovative food development and high-end dining. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary Innovation at Row 7 Seed Company since April 2024, Michael previously held significant roles at Make It Nice from July 2018 to April 2024, including Chief Culinary Officer and Managing Partner. Michael's culinary journey also includes positions at Eleven Madison Park, Cafe Boulud, and Restaurant Daniel, where expertise was developed in culinary research, sous-chef duties, and managing kitchen operations. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Skidmore College and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
