Antonios Kontsos

Antonios Kontsos is the Henry M. Rowan Foundation Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Rowan University and serves as the Director of the Digital Engineering Hub (DEHub). Kontsos has held various academic positions at Drexel University, including Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor. Additionally, Kontsos directed the Theoretical & Applied Mechanics Group and has experience as a post-doctoral fellow and lecturer at The University of Texas at Austin. Kontsos began academic pursuits as a research assistant at Rice University. Kontsos earned both a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University, completing the Ph.D. in 2007.
