Mark Hale

Mark Hale is a Technical Project Manager at Diakon Solutions since June 2022 and has been a Senior Adjunct Professor at Rowan University since September 2009, teaching advanced undergraduate classes in cognitive psychology. Mark has extensive experience in technical writing and human factors, having served as a Senior Technical Writer at JMA Solutions from April 2019 to June 2022, where support was provided to the FAA's Research and Development Management Division. Prior positions include Human Factors Specialist roles at CSSI Inc. and Hi-Tec Systems, Inc., and an Operations Research Analyst focusing on human factors at L-3 Communications. Mark holds a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology with a focus on Human Factors from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Cognitive Psychology from Rowan University. Additionally, Mark contributed as a freelance editor for the 9th and 10th editions of the Cognition textbook by Farmer & Matlin.
