Terrence Hardee

Terrence Hardee, D.Litt has extensive experience in higher education and leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of Executive Education and External Affairs at Rowan University. In this position, they report to the Assistant Vice President of Academic Innovation and is responsible for fostering innovation and delivering a brighter future for students and communities.

At Cumberland County College, they held the position of Dean of University Center and Assistant to the Vice President, collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and implement courses and programs.

Earlier in their career, Hardee worked at Stockton University as the Director and Associate Director of Residential Life, where they had administrative, supervisory, and budgetary responsibilities for on-campus residential complexes. Terrence also served as an Assistant Director at Montclair State University, supporting the Office of Residence Life and maintaining housing data.

Before their career in higher education, Hardee worked at DeVry University as an International Student Advisor, Director of Student Housing, and Adjunct Instructor. In these roles, they provided counseling support to international students, facilitated housing assignments, and managed housing facilities.
