Gary has been with RVO since November 2011. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a BA in Business Management. Gary has 30 years of experience working in all phases of management. Gary previously worked for over 25 years in the commercial banking industry. He previously served 2 terms as RVO Board President and served on the Board since 1998. Gary is a Cabarrus County native and is proud to be serving the intellectually and developmentally disabled adults in both Cabarrus and Rowan Counties. He is a member of the Salisbury Rotary Club, Salvation Army Board, the Rowan Transit Authority Advisory Board, and The Rowan Housing Authority Board and has served as an Elder and Sunday School teacher in his Church.
