Rowe Casa was founded in 2017 with the purpose of creating truly natural products made with only the highest quality ingredients.  From its beginnings making Elderberry Syrup in a kitchen, Rowe Casa now has a product line of close to 300 products sold worldwide and employs a staff of over 100 employees.

About the Position:

Are you someone that’s wanted to work for Rowe Casa but not able to work full-time?  Rowe Casa is looking for a part-time production specialist for a newly created evening shift.  As a member of the production team, you will play an important role in the creation of Rowe Casa products.  Production is the heartbeat of Rowe Casa and is where the majority of our products are made.  This position is part-time Monday – Friday, typical hours are 6:30 – 10:30pm.  Opportunities for additional hours may be available.  This position is located in New Boston, TX.

Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Follow product recipes and processes
• Complete (with training) understanding and knowledge of each product and the proper manufacturing process

Key Skills:

• Highly organized, accountable, and self-motivated
• Able to meet key deadlines
• Understanding of a commercial kitchen environment
• Safety minded
• High attention to detail
• Good attitude and a team player

Qualifications:

• Understand measurements and recipes
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment preferred
• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Able to lift 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in natural and organic product industry
