José M. has over 10 years of work experience in software engineering and product management. José began their career in 2011 as a Software Engineer at Plako. José then worked as a Software Engineer at M&A Digital in 2012, and a Software Engineer (Contractor) at TVG Network Betfair US in 2016. In 2017, they became a Product Owner at Appscatter Group PLC. In 2018, they were a Product Manager for Mobile Apps (Contractor) at Waitrose & Partners, where they led the apps teams, launched mobile apps, and grew the teams. Since 2016, they have been employed at Mindera as a Product Manager, Product Owner, and Software Engineer. In 2021, they began working as a Product Manager at Rows.

José M. has a diverse educational background. In 2020, they obtained a Product Management Certificate from Product School. In 2019-2020, they completed postgraduate studies in Educational Sciences at Universidade do Minho. In 2014-2015, they completed postgraduate studies in Computer Engineering at Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto.
