Richard Perry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aerospace and engineering, currently serving as Lead Design Authority at Roxel since July 2017, where responsibilities include mental health first aid and overseeing work on rocket motors as CW ITP Lead. Previously, Richard held various roles, including Project Manager at RTC Electronics and Morgan Advanced Materials Composites and Defence Systems, where notable projects involved significant military contracts. Richard's academic background includes a First Class Honours BEng in Aerospace Systems Engineering from Coventry University, complemented by certifications in management from the Chartered Management Institute. Richard's early leadership experience includes a Sergeant role in the Air Training Corps, where achievements include a Silver [Solo] Gliding Scholarship and participation in the Nijmegen march.
