Johan Magnusson

Johan Magnusson has extensive experience in the energy sector and military services, beginning with a long tenure at Försvarsmakten since 2002, where roles have included Kompanifanjunkare and Plutonchef. In addition to military duties, Johan serves as a Co-Founder at Roxem since May 2023 and operates Kalvö Consulting as an Owner, focusing on energy transition strategies. Previous positions include Strategic Development Leader at Skövde Energi AB, Consulting and Owner at Nordfas Invest AB, and various roles at M-konsult, where contributions included management of district heating and fuel issues for thermal power plants. Johan's experience also encompasses part-time firefighter duties at Räddningstjänsten Skaraborg and humanitarian work as a project leader in Nepal for the Lööf Foundation. Education was obtained at Örebro University between 1987 and 1989.
