Serene Sass

Serene Sass has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Serene currently serves as the Founder & CEO of Conscious Music Group, a company they established in 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Non Executive Board Director at ROXi starting from January 2020. From 2017 to 2021, they served as the CEO of AMPLIFIED MUSIC GROUP. Serene also had notable roles at Warner Music Group, where they worked for several years. Serene was the Vice President, Emerging Markets from December 2014 to December 2018. Before that, they held positions such as Director, Licensee Markets EMEA from October 2011 to October 2014, Manager, Legal and Corporate Affairs from October 2007 to September 2011, and Business Affairs Executive from January 2002 to September 2007.

Serene Sass earned their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in International Economics from Murdoch University. Serene attended the university from 1989 to 1993.
