Albert K.

Albert K. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Albert began their career as a Strategic Purchasing Manager at Segyung Britestone in 2000. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as a Sales Assistant Manager at TDK-Lambda Korea, where they managed direct and distributor sales, implemented strategic product promotions, and achieved significant sales growth.

In 2007, Albert joined TDK-Lambda Germany GmbH as the EU Development Coordinator. In this role, they provided commercial and technical support for TDK-Lambda EU, developed new business in the solar and medical markets, and promoted new products in the EU market. Albert also built strong relationships with TDK-Lambda subsidiaries and achieved new business worth approximately $2 million.

Albert then moved to TDK-Lambda Pte., Ltd in 2008, where they worked as a Sales Assistant Manager. Here, they managed direct and distributor sales, developed new opportunities for Japanese and Korean customers in the ASEAN area, and achieved significant sales growth.

From 2009 to 2011, Albert worked as a Sales Manager at TDK-Lambda, overseeing a direct sales team and controlling 50 accounts in Korea. Albert also managed the development of new business in areas like LED lighting and medical equipment, conducted marcom work, and played a key role in product marketing and market research.

From 2011 to 2018, Albert joined Phoenix Contact Korea (previously known as Phoenixcontact Korea) as the ICE Sales & Marketing Director and later became the ICE Segment Sales & Marketing Director. In these roles, they led a team of 25 employees and successfully managed P&L, achieving double-digit growth in sales and EBIT. Albert also had interactive communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders and managed authorized distributors, 2nd dealers, and global and national key accounts.

Most recently, in 2019, Albert became the Managing Director (Country Manager) of Roxtec Group's Korea branch.
