John Erb

John Erb has a long and varied career in the agricultural industry. In 2020, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Roy Farms and the Founder & CEO of Avance Workforce Solutions. From 2011 to 2020, they held various roles at Driscoll's, including VP Social and Environmental Impact, Vice President of Supply and Regional Operations, Vice President and General Manager, General Manager, and District Manager. In 2008, they served as Crop Sales Manager for Nunhems, where they were responsible for sales in the Americas and Oceania, managing 14 direct reports. From 2006 to 2001, they were the Sales and Product Development for White Seed, and from 2001 to 2006, they were the General Manager of Bejo Sementes do Brasil Ltda, where they established a daughter company of Bejo Zaden in Brazil and developed distribution, product development, administration, and staffing.

John Erb received their Master of Science in Agronomy and Crop Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2006 and their Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies and Languages from UC Santa Barbara in 1994.
