Nadia Butler has extensive work experience in HR and global resourcing. Nadia is currently serving as the Head of HR at Roy Hill. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager Global Resourcing & Services at Fortescue Future Industries and Manager Strategic Resourcing & People Services at Fortescue Metals Group. Nadia began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Swan Contract Personnel.

Nadia Butler attended Rhodes University from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Honours Industrial Psychology with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
