Head Of It, Process Excellence & Quality at Roy Morgan

Mark Krantz has over three decades of experience in management consulting and IT. Mark is currently serving as the Head of IT, Process Excellence & Quality at Roy Morgan since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Management Consultant at ThirdBase Performance Improvement Services & Software since 2011. From 1997 to 2011, they were the Principal at Davitt Krantz & Associates. Mark also served as Managing Consultant at IBM Consulting Group - Business Transformation from 1994 to 1997 and as Consulting Manager at DMR Consulting from 1989 to 1994.

Mark Krantz received a Bachelor of Computing (with Distinction) from Monash University in 1989.
