Mohamed Shamsudeen has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years in the fields of commercial management, cost management, quantity surveying, and procurement. Mohamed, Shamsudeen is currently working as a Commercial & Contracts Manager at Rua Al Madinah Holding Company, where they are leading pre- and post-contract activities for various projects, including hotel development, infrastructure, and EPC contracts.

Prior to their current role, Mohamed worked as a Senior Cost Manager at Currie & Brown, where they were responsible for cost management activities. Mohamed, Shamsudeen also served as a Senior Cost Manager / Managing QS at CORDEROY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, taking charge of pricing, negotiation, and agreement of civil, architectural, and MEP works for a major expansion project in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Mohamed, Shamsudeen successfully managed the preparation of interim quantity BOQs and oversaw the project cost forecasting.

Before that, Mohamed worked at Arcadis as a Senior Cost Consultant, where they managed commercial teams and oversaw the cost management of various hospitality and leisure projects, such as cinema expansions and mall developments. Mohamed, Shamsudeen also worked on infrastructure projects, including roads, tunnels, and drainage networks.

Earlier in their career, Mohamed gained experience as a Cost Consultant at the Department of Transport in Abu Dhabi, where they provided pre- and post-contract commercial management support for mega infrastructure projects. Mohamed, Shamsudeen also worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Arcadis, where they conducted life cycle costing surveys for malls and carried out fire reinstatement surveys.

Additionally, Mohamed has worked as a Procurement Engineer at Mail Boxes Etc. (UK) Limited, where they handled international and local freight services for clients in the hospitality industry. Mohamed, Shamsudeen also worked as a Quantity Surveying Engineer at BURHAN HOLDING COMPANY KSCC, where they were involved in main roads and utility services projects in Qatar.

Mohamed started their career at Hairu Engineering Consultancy as a Quantity Surveyor, working on tsunami reconstruction projects.
