Omar Osailan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. omar began their career as a Civil Engineer at the Royal Commission for Yanbu Medical Center, where they inspected project sites and estimated quantities and costs. omar then transitioned to a role as a Supervisor of Utility and Maintenance at the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs before joining Dar Al-Handasah (Shair and Partners) as a Project Engineer and Client Representative. In this role, they reviewed project goals and objectives, verified construction documentation, and collaborated with vendors and contractors. omar then moved on to F. L Business CO as a Project Manager, responsible for the overall management of the project management office, coordinating enterprise-wide initiatives and providing leadership and guidance to project office teams. Following this, they worked at Emdad Al Khebrat as a Project Management Specialist, where they utilized their expertise in project management. Currently, they hold the position of Project Supervisor at Rua Al Madinah Holding Company, where they develop and implements project work plans, manages procurement processes, and participates in evaluation and awarding of contracts.

Omar Osailan completed their Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from Modern Sciences and Arts University, from the years 2004 to 2010. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Business & Technology, from 2011 to 2013.
