Kate Martin

Kate Martin has a diverse work experience. Kate started working as a Sales Specialist at Mention My Biz in June 2017 and stayed there until January 2018, where they demonstrated product features, answered questions, and completed sales paperwork. From September 2014 to December 2018, Kate worked at LA Fitness as Front Desk and Kids Club personnel. In January 2018, they joined Hilltop Preschool as a Marketing Consultant, where they provided marketing expertise. From December 2018 to November 2019, Kate worked as a Studio Manager at Club Pilates. In January 2020, Kate joined iMatrix as a Client Success Outreach Specialist, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting check-in calls, and resolving billing issues. Kate also took on additional projects such as creating SOPs, email templates, and performing audits. Currently, since March 2021, Kate is a Senior Account Manager at Roya.com, where they develop and manages post-sale relationships with major accounts and serves as a liaison for client communications.

Kate Martin completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Grand Canyon University. Kate attended the university from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they studied Marketing at Palomar College from 2013 to 2014, although they did not obtain a degree from there. Kate also holds a certification in CPR and AED from the American Red Cross, although the exact month and year of obtaining the certification are unknown.
