Chelo Navalón Lluch Assoc CIPD has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Chelo began their career as a Hotel Receptionist at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG™) in 2012. Chelo then moved up to become a Guest Relations Officer, and later a Guest Relations Manager, before leaving the company in 2016.

In 2016, Chelo joined London Executive Offices as the General Manager of the Customer Service Team. After a year, they transitioned to The Landmark London as an HR Officer, where they worked until 2019.

Currently, Chelo is working at the Royal Academy of Dance as the Lead HR Officer, having previously held the position of HR Officer from 2019 to 2021.

Chelo Navalón Lluch Assoc CIPD obtained a CIPD Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management Level 5 from CIPD Qualifications in 2017-2018. Prior to this, in 2015-2016, they completed an FdA Hospitality Management Level 4 at London South Bank University, Westminster Kingsway College. In 2012, they also received training in Hotel Receptionist & Opera V5 PMS at Reception Academy. Their high school education was completed at I.E.S. Benlliure in Valencia, Spain, specializing in Tourism and Travel Services Management in 2008-2009. They had previously completed A-level studies in Scientific and technical subjects at the same school from 2006-2008. Additionally, Chelo Navalón Lluch holds certifications as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, obtained in December 2019, and a training certificate in High Impact Presentations from Dale Carnegie Training.
