Georgia Taffinder is a skilled welfare and wellbeing project manager currently leading initiatives at the Royal Air Forces Association since April 2022. With a strong background in project management, Georgia has successfully managed collaborative projects, particularly Operation RAF Unite, and has played a significant role in enhancing the Association's wellbeing programmes. Prior to this, Georgia provided tailored support as an Employment Coach at Twin Group, served as a Police Constable with Leicestershire Police, and fostered positive student experiences at Derby College. With a master's degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from Loughborough University, complemented by a bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Surrey, Georgia began their academic journey at Hills Road Sixth Form College.
