Deborah Smith

Deborah Smith has extensive experience in social inclusion and behavior management, currently serving as the Social Inclusion Manager at The Royal Alexandra and Albert School since November 2001 and at Surrey County Council since 2001. Following a personal connection with autism through their son, Deborah has engaged in various training courses related to Autism and ADHD within the Special Educational Needs (SEN) department. Prior to this, from 1993 to 2001, Deborah worked as a Consultant at Next Ltd, where a strong team effort transformed a small store into a leading location in the southeast. Earlier in their career, from 1984 to 1989, Deborah was a Training Administrator at Digital Equipment Company Ltd, responsible for organizing training schedules and managing course logistics. Educational background includes attendance at Cheshunt School (Grammar) from 1975 to 1980 and Turnford College from 1980 to 1981.
