Shavaria Hills

Shavaria Hills currently serves as a Community Manager at Royal American Management, Inc. since June 2021, having previously held the position of Assistant Community Manager. In addition, Shavaria Hills is the CEO of Fix Do Flip since July 2021 and has worked as an Influencer on YouTube since June 2019. Prior experience includes a brief tenure in real estate sales at Keller Williams and a student internship at Gulf Coast State College. Shavaria started the career in the leasing sector as a Leasing Consultant at Aqua Cove Apartments from April 2015 to November 2016.
