Ching Man Fung

Ching Man (Mary) Fung is an experienced data and workflow lead with a robust background in human resources and information systems. Currently at the Royal Opera House since August 2022, Ching Man oversees the entire lifecycle of data and optimizes workflow processes. Previously, as an HRIS Delivery Manager, Ching Man acted as a subject matter expert, facilitating the integration of HRIS systems. At Mayer Brown, from March 2015 to June 2022, Ching Man managed HRIS across the Asia region while aligning business operations with organizational goals. Prior roles include HR Business Analyst at Wells Fargo, HR Manager at Lloyds Bank International, and HR Associate at Royal Bank of Scotland Business. Ching Man holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Information Systems from Monash University. Currently pursuing a Payroll Technician Certificate from The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, this combination of education and experience equips Ching Man with a comprehensive skill set in HR and data management.
