Carla Dings

Carla Dings has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the communication and human resources fields. Carla is currently the Group Culture, Diversity & Inclusion Director at Royal BAM Group nv since May 2022. Prior to this, Carla held the position of Manager HR Transformation and Communications at the same company from August 2019 to May 2022. Before joining Royal BAM Group nv, they worked at BAM Infra Nederland Stafgroep as a member of the Works Council from January 2018 to July 2019. Carla also served as a Communication Specialist at BAM Infra Nederland from August 2016 to July 2019, where they assisted the management team in formulating communication strategies tailored to various stakeholders. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing & Communication Advisor at BAM Bouw en Techniek from April 2015 to August 2016 and as a Marketing Communication Assistant at BAM Techniek from October 2012 to 2014. Carla began their professional journey as an Intern in Public Relations & Communication at BAM Rail bv from January 2010 to June 2010.
