Dave Heilbron

Dave Heilbron has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Dave currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Royal BAM Group, the largest construction company in the Netherlands. Prior to this role, they held positions at Aegon as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, and as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing global talent management. Dave also served as a Member of the Executive Board Association at Yarden Uitvaartorganisatie, where they successfully reorganized and sold Yarden Funeral Insurance. In addition, they have experience in executive search, having worked as a Sr. Partner at Lens and as a Partner at Kennedy Executive Search. Dave also worked as a Partner at Brevèl HR Consultancy, an HR consultancy and advisory organization. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as an Interim HR Business Partner at Rabo Bouwfonds Communication Infrastructure Fund (RB CIF) and Yieldr, and as a Consultant at Converge Search & Selection. Dave began their career as a Business Unit Manager at Collect GmbH, a manufacturer of toner and inkjet printer cartridges.

Dave Heilbron completed their educational journey with a Masters of Science (Msc.) degree in General Management from Nyenrode Business University in 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors (Honors) degree in Finance & Accounting from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 1993 to 1997. In addition, Dave also attended Nottingham University Business School in 1995-1996, where they pursued another Bachelors (Honors) degree in Finance & Accounting.
