Ruth Bielderman

Ruth Bielderman has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ruth currently works at Royal BAM Group as the Director Talent & Development. Prior to this, they worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. where they held several roles, including Change/Project lead, Director TA Global - Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & Onboarding, Manager Recruitment, Recruitment Business Partner, and Senior Recruiter. Before joining ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Ruth worked at Brunel as the Sales Director, Senior Consultant, and Accountmanager. Ruth'searliest work experience was at Dorint Amsterdam Airport, where they served as the Executive Officer - Business Manager.

Ruth Bielderman completed their Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from Stenden University between 2000 and 2004. Prior to that, they attended Veluws College Walterbosch from 1994 to 2000, where they obtained their VWO (Atheneum) degree. In 2015 and 2016, Ruth pursued a minor in HR Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
