Kate Pangallo

Kate Pangallo is an experienced professional in talent development and strategic partnerships, currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Talent Development at Elanco from June 2024 to May 2025. Previously, Kate held roles at Indy Chamber, including Senior Director of Talent & Strategic Partnerships and Director of Talent Partnerships, where responsibilities encompassed training strategy and talent planning.
