Althea Buitendag possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Manager at RBC since May 2014, with previous roles including Transition Management Advisor and Senior Manager of Talent Sourcing Programs. Prior to RBC, Althea worked as a Consultant at Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions from May 2007 to May 2014 and held associate positions at Heidrick & Struggles and Highland Partners. Early career experience includes roles as a Research Specialist at Korn/Ferry Futurestep and Project Management at Foresters, along with Client Services at Mackenzie Investments. Althea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University, earned between 1991 and 1995, and attended Branksome Hall from 1986 to 1991.
