Andrea Sum

Andrea Sum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership strategy and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Director of Leadership Strategy at RBC, Andrea has previously held leadership roles including Director, Senior HR Business Partner, and Director of Talent Squad Lead at the same organization.
