Caron Lowe

Caron Lowe has over three decades of experience in project management and operations, currently serving as Senior Director for Employee Experience Tech & Ops at RBC since May 2011. Throughout tenure at RBC, Caron has also held positions as Senior Director for Enterprise Covid Response, Senior Director for Portfolio Management Office Tech & Ops, and Director of the Project Management Office for Contact Centre Technology. Prior experience includes a decade at BMO Financial Group as a Senior Project Manager, where Caron implemented a comprehensive enterprise change and project management process. Caron's career began at AT&T Canada as a Senior Project Manager from June 1992 to February 2001.
