Corey Rice

Corey Rice is an experienced professional in data and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Data and Analytic at RBC since February 2010, with previous roles including Senior Manager of Contact Centre Technology and Team Lead for the Data Intelligence team. Corey's expertise includes providing comprehensive reporting support and developing reporting applications for contact centers. Prior to RBC, Corey worked as a Network Administrator and Teacher at SOLA - School of Liberal Arts from July 2005 to February 2010. Corey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology from Memorial University, along with diplomas in Computer Networking Engineering Technologist and Technician from RCC College of Technology.
