Dr Ilya Zheludev

Dr. Ilya Zheludev is an accomplished professional in the fields of data, artificial intelligence, and financial innovation, currently serving as Senior Director for various roles within RBC, including Data and AI Growth & Innovation. Prior to RBC, Dr. Zheludev held the position of Chief Data Officer at Serai, which was HSBC's first corporate-backed venture. Experience at HSBC includes serving as Head of Data for Applied Innovation and leading research and development in the Financial Intelligence Unit. Additional roles include Managing Director at Emotifi and consultancy in innovation and data science at Wonga. Dr. Zheludev holds a PhD and MRes in Financial Computing from University College London.
