Emily Mercier

Emily Mercier is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and operations, currently serving as the Vice President of Transformation and Chief Operating Officer at RBC Technology & Operations since June 2008. As a member of the Technology & Operations Operating Committee, Emily leads critical initiatives focused on strategic flexibility, program portfolio management, and employee engagement. Prior roles include leadership in HR operations and digital talent strategy, with responsibilities encompassing talent management, technology transformation, and global graduate development programs. Emily holds a BSc in Economic Sociology from Cardiff University and an MSc in Human Resource Management from London South Bank University.
