Erin Muir

Erin Muir, CHRL MHRM, currently serves as Vice President at RBC since October 2016, previously holding the role of Senior Director, HR Business Partner. Prior to RBC, Erin spent a decade at Capital One as Director of HR Client Consulting & Associate Relations, leading teams to enhance Associate potential and drive the People Strategy. Erin's earlier experience includes a role as Learning Consultant at Canadian Tire and Training Manager at Sanofi Pasteur, where responsibilities encompassed leading learning programs and managing change initiatives. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies from Queen's University and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from York University.
