Gabryela Gooding

Gabryela Gooding, M.Fin, M.A., serves as the Senior Manager of Talent Strategy & Communications at RBC since December 2024 and is a Professor at Fanshawe College since June 2022. Previously, Gabryela held various roles at RBC Global Asset Management, including Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Business Development Manager, as well as a Professor at Lambton College. Gabryela's experience also includes serving as a Banking Advisor at RBC, an Account Executive at Zomaron, and a Financial Advisor at Scotiabank, along with early career roles in customer service and personal training. Gabryela holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Finance from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and an ALM in Business Administration from Harvard Extension School. Gabryela has also earned graduate certificates in Strategic Management and Organizational Behavior from Harvard Extension School, in addition to undergraduate studies in Kinesiology and certifications in fitness training and nutrition.
