Janice Q. is a seasoned professional in HR technology and talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Technology at RBC since September 2025. Prior to this, Janice held the position of Senior Manager HRIS at Cineplex, where responsibilities included leading HRIS analysts in delivering comprehensive Workday solutions and managing various HR technologies.
