Jean Somanader has extensive experience in strategic implementation and product development within financial services, primarily at RBC since November 2011. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategy Implementation for Business Financial Services, Jean leads design initiatives focused on enhancing revenue, market share, and client experience. Previous roles include managing product development initiatives for Business Deposits and Treasury Solutions, as well as home equity financing projects. Prior to RBC, Jean held various managerial positions at Royal Bank of Canada involving client strategy for newcomer and multicultural markets, and as a relationship manager in the Global Technology & Operations sector. Jean holds a Project Management certification from The George Washington University, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
