Currently serving as the RBC Global CTO & Head of City National Bank Technology, Jikin Shah has been instrumental in leading technology and culture transformation for RBC's Global Infrastructure group since September 2019. Prior experience includes notable roles at SunTrust, where Jikin Shah served as SVP and Head of various technology sectors, notably in Financial Crime and Compliance Technology, and played a crucial role in enterprise-wide technology and business transformations. Jikin Shah’s career began with foundational roles at MetLife, CIBER, DTCC, and Bristol Technology, complemented by advanced degrees in Finance and Computer Science from prestigious institutions.
