Justina Ikwu, MBA, currently serves as Senior Manager in Automotive Finance Strategy and previously in Strategy & Transformation within RBC since January 2021. Justina's background includes a progression through the Leadership Development Program at RBC, encompassing various strategic rotations. Concurrently, Justina holds the position of Chair of the Advisory Board and President Emeritus at the Canadian Association of Urban Financial Professionals, alongside leadership roles including President and Vice President of Youth Engagement. Prior experience includes roles at TD as a Credit Risk Analyst and a Fraud Risk Analyst, as well as a Tax Professional at H&R Block Canada.
