Rick Razack

Rick Razack is a seasoned strategic procurement leader with extensive experience in managing significant IT and Telecom spending within the financial and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Global Procurement - Technology & Operations at RBC, Rick oversees a $1.5 billion annual portfolio. Prior to joining RBC in March 2021, Rick held various roles at Bell from May 2000 to March 2021, including Associate Director of Strategic Sourcing (IT) & Value Creation, where expertise in negotiating high-value contracts and driving business transformation was demonstrated. Rick also has experience as a Procurement Category Manager for wireless core and value-added services, managing portfolios exceeding $100 million in annual spend, and as a Logistics and Warranty Manager overseeing satellite television hardware valued at approximately $20 million. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Sustainable Commerce from the Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph and completion of the Strategic Financial Analysis Program at Ivey Business School.
